Digital control ultrasonic cleaners with degassing

These ultrasonic models have a push button (rubber membrane cover) to set the cleaning cycle time (0 - 99 minutes) and temperature (0 - 80 degrees C) with an LED display. The cleaning can be stopped mid-cycle and the temperature shows both the target and actual water temperature in the tank. In a workplace environment and working with hot water, there might be a health and safety implication that requires the tank temperature to be visible to prevent scalding by an employee, for example in a dental practice or garage.

Degassing is where the ultrasonic tank has a pre-programmed cycle to remove microscopic air bubbles that are trapped in the cleaning fluid. By running the degassing cycle, the cleaning fluid is optimised. This gives the most efficient clean possible, perfect for applications such as carburettors with many small bores and blind holes.

Digital control cleaners have greater control over the heating and ultrasonic cycle times. An analogue (dial control) machine has a maximum run time of 20 minutes. Digital versions can run up to 99 minutes.
