Order confirmation.
We'll immediately email confirmation when we receive your order. Upon dispatch, we'll send an update. If your parcel is travelling with DPD or Evri, you'll also receive a separate notification from them with tracking (DPD / Evri required).
Dispatching your order
.UK delivery options
- Free UK standard delivery on everything*. Allow 3 working days for an order to arrive (Evri).
- DPD next working day (£3.99 per order). Cut-off time 15.00pm Mon - Thurs. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the next working day (please read below about weekend deliveries).
Weekend delivery
DPD now deliver to many domestic addresses on Saturdays but it's not guaranteed. They don’t deliver to business addresses on a Saturday.
At the checkout you can specify a delivery address. If you work during the day or are going on holiday, consider having your goods delivered to a different address where someone can take your parcel during the day.
* Unfortunately there are some exclusions to "free UK delivery". Couriers see some areas of the UK as a license to make extra money (we don't make any profit from shipping charges). The postcodes below have a £10 surcharge added

AB10-AB56, TR21-TR25, FK17-FK22, G83, HS1-HS9, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW28, PA20-PA99.
EU delivery
We can ship most orders to Western Europe (Spain, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, etc) for £14.99 (3-5 day service).
Scandinavian delivery
Shipping to Norway, Sweden and Finland costs £19.99 (5 day service).
USA
Sorry we don’t ship to the USA. The main reason is because UK / EU electrical goods won’t work in the USA (the UK uses 240v and the USA has 110v). Also shipping cleaning fluids across the Big Pond is very expensive and full of customs hurdles to jump navigate.

- All prices are shown in UK Pounds
- VAT / TAX is not charged on sales outside of the UK. However, local taxes or import duty for overseas customers might be applied in your home country.
Delivery
If your order is sent via DPD, they will email you with the status of your delivery. The email will be sent on the morning of delivery and will confirm a one hour window during which DPD will attempt delivery.
Tracking
If your order is shipped with DPD you'll get a tracking number by email or text (app required). This will be normally be sent on the morning of delivery and will confirm a one hour "window" during which DPD will attempt delivery.
NOTE: If you have ordered an ultrasonic cleaner + cleaning solution, these items are sometimes dispatched separately, so don't be alarmed if one item arrives before the other.
