2 year warranty - we like to keep it simple. Having parted with your money you need to know that should your DK Sonic ultrasonic cleaner develop a fault, the issue will be resolved.
The warranty is exclusive to our UK website customers. We do not support items purchased anywhere else. Proof of purchase direct from our website will be required. If you bought through Amazon, you will need to contact the seller (who is based in China) via your Amazon account.
All DK Sonic brand (and only DK Sonic brand) ultrasonic cleaners have a 2 year warranty. Should any component fail within 24 months from the date of delivery, the machine will be replaced or repaired.
The detail. If something goes wrong within:
1 month, we will exchange the product for a new one or give a refund if required.
2 - 12 months, we will ask to inspect the unit to check it's been operated correctly and not damaged. If faulty, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion. We pay all shipping costs.
13 - 24 months, we will ask to inspect the unit to check it's been operated correctly and not damaged. If faulty, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion. The customer pays all shipping costs.
The warranty excludes misuse or accidental damage by the customer. We reserve the right to inspect machines before deciding to replace or repair. Warranty work includes parts and labour. Also excluded is excessive or extended commercial use by business customers (e.g. beyond single shift / 5 days per week).
Customers outside of the UK pay all shipping costs at all times.
All other brands or makes of ultrasonic cleaner that we sell (non DK Sonic) have a 1 year only warranty.
All warranty work is on a "back to retailer" basis. That is to say we don't make field visits. The machines need to be sent back to us. If it's a manufacturing fault, we will cover the shipping cost. If not, the customer will be asked to pay for the repair and shipping.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that offers tracking and insurance for the value of the goods. And pack it suitable for the rough and tumble of the postal service!!
